Good win. But the best thing about today was Luongo. Looked excellent. Intelligent and a physical presence. Calm as well. I love Humphreys but we looked solid with Luongo. I thought Morsy looked better with him too.

Luongo's persistence and fight started the third goal.

If he can keep fit, I think he might make the difference in the remaining games.

I thought he did well. But didn't half look like he was carrying some weight.

He looks a very polished player. Good on the ball and willing to move it forward. Always difficult to tell though against such poor opposition.

Hopefully he’ll be motivated to fight his way into the team.

Absolutely. I've felt for sometime that there is something lacking in our midfield even when Evans is fit, and it looked to me that he could be the player who fills that gap.

No Tony Dinning though.

I think his resume shows he has the quality, you don’t have the career he has had in the game at club and international level without quality, and you could see he has that touch of class.

Just need to maintain fitness and build match sharpness in the coming weeks and he could well be crucial in the run in.

I think that’s just his natural build - not a quick player, never has been, but his brain will be one of the quickest on the pitch.

Don’t think he’s carrying weight, can’t imagine KMc would play him with excess weight, especially with the sports science department we have to track that.

Looks like him and Morsy came out of the same mould.

Going to be a huge player for us with Evans crocked.

But it was Cam's passing skill/ability which resulted in the 2nd and that 2nd goal killed the game.

Lungo looked good but the game was already won when he came on.

Broadhead looked very influential on the highlights too.

Yes, he's getting better each game and looks like he now has the fitness to last the game (if required)

He did look alright but I think I'll reserve judgement until I see him boss the midfield against better opposition, Forest Green were absolutely abysmal

He is a proven quality player if we can get him and keep him fit.

Humphreys is the future, what we need is quality now. Luongo, Ball and Camara could have a big impact on the remainder of our season.

Was very impressed with his 20 minutes v Rotherham and again today

Might be short on minutes but should start v MK in my view.

Played at championship level and good both defensively and attacking. Big and strong too.

Might be just what we need in midfield.

Excellent in his 20 mins against Rotherham also. Making it difficult for McKenna not to pick him.

Midfield has been a problem area this season. Morsy and Evans fit and on song are formidable and as good as if not better than any pair in the league. Evans injury problems and Morsy managing his booking count with little depth has been a problem since Nov. Cam Humphries has been the bright spot getting experience it might have taken 2 seasons to get in our team, his career has accelerated but he is light in L1 versus the tougher teams and that shows up Eg Wycombe away, Bristol Rov.

ML being fit to share minutes, Ball and Pan Cam coming back will probably be as good a barometer of how our season ends as any. If we get the midfield to tick again we could make ourselves certain playoff winners. If not, playoffs is going to be a real fight with a flimsy midfield.

It wasn't just that they were abysmal, they looked like an Under 21s side. They didn't have the physicality that most teams in this League have.

More than that, they were instructed not to press, so the whole game had the feel of an Under 21s team being used against the First Team for training drills.

The next 3 fixtures represent a perfect opportunity to get Luongo match fit.

Takes a considerable amount of weight off Morsy's shoulders too with the experience and physical presence he brings to the pitch.

We have struggled in central midfield against weaker opposition before. Oxford, Bristol Rovers, Cambridge, Wycombe, we struggled against Lincoln, relatively speaking, when they went down to ten…
