Trying to think.... the one that comes first to mind is Richard Wright at Wembley which kept the score at 3-2, Hristov (I think) headed towards goal at the far end and for all the world I thought it was in, until a clenched goalkeeping glove appeared from nowhere to knock it away.
In terms of overall goalkeeping performances, two more from Wright - Blackburn away in the FA Cup replay in 1996, and Arsenal away in around January / February 2001.
I've seen a few, but nobody's mentioned more of a recent one - Christian Walton away at Wycombe, the 4-1 win under Paul Cook. Unbelievable reflexes. 3 minutes, 12 seconds into the highlight video

Best save you've seen from an ITFC goalkeeper? on 14:16 - Mar 17 with 799 views
Jon Hallworth away to Brighton at their old Goldstone Ground , back in the 80s. Saved low down to his right, through a crowded pen area. Best ever? Prob not but has always stuck in my mind, one of those 'what a f#n save!' moment. Stevie Palmer just broke into team at that time, won every header he contested. Ahhh memories twtd

Richard Wright triple save vs Bristol City at Ashton Gate in 1999. We won 1-0.
Honourable mention to David Stockdale in a 4-1 defeat at Millwall in 2011. Caught out of position with the ball played across the area. Millwall player blasted the ball towards an empty net. Stockdale, running back across goal, stuck out a hand and deflected the ball onto the underside of the bar and away.
I was at the Bristol game, so +1 from me. Didn't Naylor get the goal?
