Working on the reasonable assumption that Anderson is telling the truth here:
He has done the right thing if he has reported it to the Police.
It will be interesting to see whether a crime has been committed, but the Police will be able to find out who the caller is.
Then Anderson should sue them for everything they have got, because this would be one of the most open and shut cases of defamation in UK legal history. | | | |
