He seems unhappy. Needs an arm around the shoulder and a fresh start. He's been under the microscope since he was 18 and it might all be catching up with him, especially when expectations are huge and he's in a relatively poor team for a club expecting top 4 minimum.
If I was manager of a Newcastle/Everton/West Ham level club I would be trying to get him in if wages were negotiable or could be linked more to performance. |  |
