He was woeful on Saturday. Like Chaplin, he hasn’t been great since the Norwich game.
Every starter was woeful on Saturday for the most part. How many goals and assists has Hutchinson has had when starting games, other than Southampton away?
Give him a chance to start with Moore and see what happens. He's earned the right to play himself back into form alongside a proper striker (no offence to Jackson). Same with Chaplin.
With three games in a week I expect to see Hutchinson, Broadhead and perhaps even Harness to be given a chance at Millwall.
We talk about Burgess coming in to provide additional arial threat, but...
One of the benefits of having Moore in the squad is that I hope he teaches the centre backs how to head the ball into the goal - or at least get it on target.
When I think back to Edmondson v Maidstone, or Burgess against Leicester and Norwich (3 attempts I think), we have been so wasteful of bread and butter headers that the likes of Moore buried on Saturday.

Here's hoping! They clear danger with their 'attacking' headers do our CBs.
I missed this new keeper that at least 2 posters have us playing. Not sure if he is any better than Hladky, is he? Certainly going to be more difficult to pronounce.
Keep it simple. Same team that has done so well apart from the last few games (with Moore replacing Hirst). Form is temporary, class is permanent.
Vaz
Clarke, Woolf, Burgess, Davis
Morsy, Luongo
Burns, Chaplin, Broadhead
Moore
Expect Mckenna will, as usual, ask front 4 to bust a gut for 60-70 minutes and then phase replacements Hutch, Harness, Sarmiento & Al-Hamadi
Really looking forward to seeing a revitalised Broadhead plus Moore, Sarmiento & Al-Hamadi when they come on.
Confident we will outscore WBA.

West Brom are rubbish away from home - they are 17th in the away league table. We need to be looking at this as a winnable game.
I’d like to see Travis start he kept Leicester in check and saved our bacon with the clearance off the line. What with his chewing gum and dodgy Barnet I like his tough @rse hillbilly vibes…

That's interesting. Seem to have struggled to score.
However, they looked very good at home against us. We are going to need to be much better than we have been to win it. Let's hope we are.
Don't shoot me down but isn't it about time KMcK gives Walton a try? Hladky has, in the most part, played well and made some amazing saves but, his main job (in my opinion) is to keep the ball out of the net. We've conceded nearly as many goals as QPR who are third bottom. We'll never know if we would have conceded less if Walton was fit and playing from the start of the season but everytime Hladky messes about with it at the back he worries me. I also can't remember him throwing it out quickly on many occasions to get us counter attacking like Walton can do really well. Thoughts? (she says putting her body armour on...!)

I think there is a bit of a case for giving Walton a go. He was first choice keeper last season and only the fact he was injured at the beginning of the season let Hladky in. I think had he not been injured then we would have started with Walton every week and Hladky would still be a bench warmer.
The argument for keeping Hladky in is that his distribution is better from the back but I'd like to see us stop doing that a bit more, especially against teams who play a high press.

IMHO that's a bit of an over reaction to the PNE game. I think the mistake that led to PNE's 3 goal was the first goal under McKenna's reign that has actually cost us points. I'm not 100% sure about this- so I stand to be corrected. Just as importantly, being brave and playing from the back has been the foundation of 'McKenna ball' and many spectacular team goals- most notably Burns' banana (trivela) goal of the season (see below- any excuse to see it again).
Having said all that I can understand your point of view, it is nerve-wracking to watch at times and if you do give away an avoidable goal it's particularly painful. On balance, I think we have to give McKenna and his team the benefit of the doubt as they have given us so many victories and spectacular goals and very few painful moments like last Saturday. Here's that great goal:-
Because we have the worst defensive record in the top 5 and need to stop conceding goals. We won’t sacrifice an attacking player as Clarke can attack and defend.
We’ve won one game in 8. We need a reset and we need to be better at defending.
WBA aren't exactly a full on attacking side though? They tend to sit back and hit on the break, playing 5 at the back seems a waste.
I would be hugely surprised if we were changing our formation.
