10% away allocation in Premier League? 10:45 - May 2 with 3534 viewsmickymills

Whilst noting the reduced season ticket numbers for next year, is there not another angle that the club are having to protect, if we reach the promised land.
Our current away fans capacity is 2000.
In the Premier League we would be obliged to provide 2900 based on current capacity of 29000.
So you would assume supporters in middle section of Cobbold needing to move, unless part of lower SAR is used, as was done for West Ham in play offs 20 years ago.

The stupid thing is, if we go up, we have to give 2900 but Man U, Arsenal etc only have to give 3000.

Unless the website I read was mistaken...

It's 10% or 3000, whichever is lower I think.

In the case of Arsenal the away allocation is much bigger than 3,000.

The rules say the allocation can be lower if segregation is an issue, so we could easily just carry on as we are.

Done that before.

Counago got a late winner (in around 2003ish) and after, we sat in the east end of London in a traffic jam for the rest of the afternoon.
