Brighton would be a terrible move reputationally and in terms of career progression.
I think the wider football world would lose respect for KM if he jumped ship to Brighton, and there is very little room to improve his reputation there, they have peaked.

True but I suspect whatever negotiation is he playing out or about to be played out then it’s helpful for KM’s agents to keep any option he may have at Brighton open whether it’s to negotiate his new deal at Ipswich, get into Man U or indeed go to Brighton.
