It seems to me that the comment attached to the Tweet plays into a racist trope.
Why would people drug deal in what looks to me like Gillingham High Street with lots of people looking on?
Would a similar assumption or comment have been made if they were white?
Is it clear from the video that money (let alone drugs) is changing hands?
Even if money is changing hands, there are all sorts of possible innocent reasons.
