Really, really getting fed up with this at the moment. It's clear we've got a couple of groups of posters who don't particularly like one another and threads are deliberately derailed and ultimately turned into rows. I've just removed a thread which was in no way offensive, which was mocked and belittled for no good reason other than a handful of posters don't like the poster who started the thread. The Forum can't really run like that, posters have to rub along together regardless of whether they get along. Perhaps there can be an end to the animosity and sniping or posters, some of whom are very long term posters, will no longer be welcome. |  | | |  |

You’ve obviously missed the one where Bloots and Sitters are referring to female football pundits as birds, chicks and box tickers.
Don’t think it’s the sort of thing that female posters or any more enlightened younger or newer posters would feel particularly happy about.
Appreciate you have hands full with the political squabbles because they’re the ones where posters constantly report their enemies in the hope of achieving a ban to celebrate, but I can’t believe you’re particularly happy with that sort of 1970’s attitude towards women either. |
