The election result is not good news.
It's like sacking Paul Hurst in the Championship and appointing Paul Lambert on a 5 year deal.
Labour will not build a prosperous country and they do not represent the basic standards or your average person in the country. It is scary how clueless politicians are about very simple concepts and they only really care about power. The good part of it is that maybe the Conservatives will reform into a party that actually represents people. It's good that our system punishes a bad party, but it also rewards another bad party that just isn't the same as the bad party in power. |  | | |

You don't understand how people can come to the conclusion that generally political parties don't represent the people and they tend now and the new PM has won on a ticket of not the other guys?
Pay attention to the cycles, no matter who is in power, each administration has a shelf life and we get fed up with the current lot and bring the next one in. Successive Conservative and Labour governments have presided over a general decline and this Labour government will continue the work of the previous regime, and maybe mess things up in a slightly different way. | | | |
