I think they're getting more than £17m.... thought I saw an additional £3m, for dometnimg and a 25% sell on fee.
Theyve always managed to screw clubs for fees far more than their players are worth.

Agree.
Watched quite a few Budgie matches last season and his best game was definitely against us at FPR and even then he wasn’t particularly impressive - just in the right place and a quick reaction for his brace. |  |

All rivalry aside (or below, as it properly is again now), Nodge do seem to have an ability to get ridiculous fees for very ordinary players. They got a massive amount for that centre back they sold to Forest a couple of years back, and this year £9m for Idah who as far as I can see is barely a footballer and now £14m for Rowe! I can understand the Sara fee though.
Still, if it keeps them afloat, it gives us something to laugh at. | |

Too many people reacting with their Ipswich cap on, rather than applying any logic or common sense it seems..
I didn't see enough of him last season to comment, but he's evidently a good, young prospect, was heralded as the next big thing up the road, and with lots of premier league interest, anything between 10-15 million was a given, surely? | | | |
