Assuming you mean this, and I am not going to get a "Woosh!" here...
It says L U the initials of Leeds United, in curvy 70s lettering.
It's a graphic design Hall of Famer. Very of its time, so not really "Classic", but an incredibly striking piece of logo art.

The L is at the bottom and the U nestles into it, like a couple spooning.
The angle of the two parts of the L is at the bottom of the badge, so the whole thing is rotated about a quarter turn from true.
