Never been so stressed.. 20:02 - Aug 29 with 2728 viewscarlo88

The season is only two weeks old and it's really stressing me out already. All I can think about is us getting beaten regularly, players losing heart and their great team spirit, and KM getting disillusioned. Last season was an exciting sort of stress, this feels very different!
And I even clicked on TWTD this morning hoping we HADN'T signed anyone else!
I suppose it's nothing a win won't solve..

Just to Clarify. You're hoping we don't sign a striker?

Since McKenna signed I’ve been totally chilled and feel he has been well backed. There have been so many memories from the last few years that can never be taken away whatever happens now.
By contrast, in the few days from Hull to Coventry I felt physically sick.

If you want to know stress, maybe read cbower's thread from a bit earlier. Maybe put things into a bit of perspective for you.

This is a wind up lol. I'm loving every minute whatever happens. I got resuscitated at 19 so my whole philosophy live for the day.

Great way to think, I got defibbed at 45 and changed my life drastically, doing what I wanted rather than what I thought I should. The last couple of years of watching Town is something I'm very grateful not to missed out on, this season will be fun whichever way it plays out and if the worst happened (it won't) we are such a strong club now.

No idea when I began here, was a very long time ago. Previously known as Spirit_of_81. Love cheese, hate the colour of it, this is why it requires some blue in it.

The Wimbledon and Maidstone performances were poor and they both annoyed me but promotion chasing and relegation threatened sides do not need prolonged runs in competitions they are unlikely to win . The worst I can say about our displays against two of the world's elite teams is that we were naive, neither performance was bad. Some of us predicted a top half finish but that is unlikely. I would take 17th place right now and if we are relegated which is very possible we will be a much stronger Championship outfit both on and off the pitch then we were last season. I certainly wont be looking to jump off a bridge if it happens.

The only thing you need to worry about is the price of next season's season ticket.

A lot of people jumped on you. Just seeking a little help or confirmation.

Yes mate it's more stressful this year for me too. I'm not going to make the crass assumption that this is your biggest stress, or that you're trying to pose your situation to us in some sort of petty hierarchy of anguish. They should walk a mile in yours eh?

All the best and enjoy your ride.

So Badger calls him a Fanny and Illy a big blouse etc . What nobody knows is if the person is suffering from mental health issues to get stressed that much. Wouldn't it be better just to ignore rather than call someone names....just in case.
