Trump was polling very well with young black men but the latest data suggests they are not going to turn out for him. As I said in another thread on the subject, for Trump to win he needs people who don’t normally vote to turn out for him. For Harris to win she needs people you do normally vote to turn out for her.
I’m convinced that he will be well beaten.

I read somewhere that this is deliberate because by exaggerating the lead, it helps his case that the election was stolen.
The only good thing is that he is not in power (unlike in 2020), so whilst he will try to drag it out (should he lose), he has much less power.

I made the same point on previous thread. They are manufacturing positive poll and betting markets for 2 reasons:
1, create the perception of popularity so that floating voters can feel they are backing the winner and being part of a majority
2, more worrying, they are creating the narrative that if Harris win It must be dodgy as it goes against the polls, this will embolden and enrage his MAGA and various groups

When you’ve got Bannon advising him to call the win at 11pm tomorrow (EDT), no matter the result you know what is going to happen.
As you say, it’s a cult and the fascination is how they rid themselves of the MAGA strain if/when he is defeated because he is useless to them after that, as he isn’t running again.
