Some will have brought misgivings into the stadium understandably but I wouldn't want to pinpoint it on that. First cold midweek, no home win yet, toothless against Forest, slow queues to reach our seats, no Tuanzebe, and it was evident from early doors that we may struggle to muster a good attack. I believe in the importance of a home crowd - Forest roared their boys to the tightest of survivals in their first season up - and so I'll aim to deliver a better performance on Sunday lol (as much as it helps when there's something on the pitch to feed on). | | | |

We beat Saints twice last season, but after all the £££ spent in the summer we failed to do so and needed a stoppage time deflection to snatch a draw this season.
So has Saints improved or have we actually become worse? |
An away point gained in a Premier League fixture where we were trailing for 90 minutes. I don’t think many of us are going to lose sleep over comparisons with last year, and even less given the fact that, as the table shows, we are making a better fist of this division than they are. |  | | |

We played them early doors and caught them cold, and we very nearly didn't win the Portman road game, and I think they'd probably argue they should've won both. A draw isn't a reflection of anything, I think. |  |

Portman Road faithful and town players failed to turn up
Think McKenna will be disappointing in his players but also the home support.
It was quiet.
For a game we needed to, and with more intent could have, won!

I find our crowd embarrassing at times.
As a newly promoted club we should be behind the players all season, not waiting for a performance to get behind.
Notts Forest fans were brilliant in their first season and probably had a lot to do with them staying up. | | | |
