Sounds like super lazy journalism as the Southampton/Martin approach is a long way from what Kompany did at Burnley. Outsiders looking in on Southampton will see a club with a manager who shows a lack of ability to modify the approach and learn from mistakes.

I don’t see how he can carry on. The players have no fight. The fans want him gone. The only thing that might save him is the fans want the owners gone too - it’s possible they’re rubbish enough to keep him.
