AFC Bournemouth. Horrible nothing club in a non-league stadium. Be gone. Customer surveys after every purchase Shops emailing asking “how did we do?” needs to stop. If you can’t figure out what good customer service means without pathetically asking your customers, you shouldn’t be in business.

Things that need to go away in 2025 on 15:43 - Dec 23 with 6201 views | EJP | Booking fees, restoration levy and/or admin charges, Either add the cost to the ticket price, justify the cost, or allow us to select if we want to pay a restoration fee. I bought 5 tickets to the panto at the Ipswich Regent and was charged £1,50 per ticket booking fee per ticket, despite me doing the entire process online with no human interaction. The receipt however said the booking fee was a restoration fee ... Greater Anglia charge £10 admin fee per ticket if you wish to amend a booking, again all done online (I'm waiting to see if that will remains when the line is nationalised)

For those who have never been to Haverhill, what’s wrong with it? Is it nasty in a Jaywick poverty and desperation kind of way? Or just a bit rough and ratty in a London overspill kind of way

They'll say Alex or Dave is developing his career in marketing, or that he's waiting waiting to hear from his agent about the role in a movie that's being cast. 'Obviously he's had to sign a non-disclosure clause about the movie, so we don't even know what it is. In the meantime he's just doing a bit of temping.'

Haverhills just misunderstood. It's arguably the cultural centre of West Suffolk if not the entire county. I suggest trying out some of its highlights, such as the view across to the Blagden Chemicals cooling towers from the top of the Chalkstone Estate. Or perhaps enjoy a saveloy sausage and chips from Bennys Bar BQ eaten on the p1ssy steps of the town hall across the road. If you need any more suggestions I'm happy to help
