Legend and I love the bloke - he was a huge part in getting us to where we have got to - but he times move on Unfortuently in some ways. He would be at the very bottom of any list for that position and can’t see him getting a minute

Mass is one of my favourite players and from the minute he came on in the cup game you could see his quality. But I have to agree.

It would have been great to have him and Morsy at 27.

He started against Liverpool and Man City, and did very well, although he clearly doesn't have the stamina to last 90 minutes.

He also came on as a sub in a game and put in a fantastic tackle late on to prevent a breakaway.

And as well as recent illness, I think he had some injury issues earlier in the season, so I wouldn't write him off as being able to perform a role of some sort when fully fit.
