They have.
99% of them don't think he should ever have been forced out in the summer to start with.

Don’t know whether this is true or not, but the fact that it *could* be shows a fault in the loan system. It’s well documented that Newcastle want Guehi too, so Chelsea saying “if you sell him to Newcastle we’ll recall another of your CBs” is certainly interfering with the market. That said, Palace could have put a clause in the loan deal to prevent TC being recalled against their wishes. | | | |

I'm interested in your last sentence there. Do you know for sure that the borrowing club can insert such a clause? I certainly don't know one way or the other, but (as I said on another thread) my impression is that the parent club can always recall a player during a window if they want to. The last sentence in the article below seems to support this.

Some loans have a recall clause & some don't. Some recalls can only be enacted if both clubs & the player agree. |  |

So far ahead? 5 points? they lose once when we win and its a 2 point gap. They are still in it. Although i do think they will be ok, its not out of the equation yet
