If the car park is full, then supply and demand is working.
I rarely use Portman road car park because it's a pain to get out from! So the price rise hasn't bothered me personally. | |

that the council cant add up properly would be no surprise, but I wasnt sure where the Star got the figures from, like if the FOIA'd the numbers, why would the council then refuse to comment about them, not least to give a positive spin on the story ?

Strange thing is, Bossbeard the socialist is very much in favour of the £15 charge but I think it's profiteering and abhorrent.
