To save Ipswich Town. The Blue Action training ground protest during Lambert's reign, and then the subsequent anti-Evans banners/posters that went up around the time. They had their critics at the time but I believe those events were critical in making Marcus Evans think again about the ownership and finally deciding to sell up. Look where we are now, compared to then!
Any other moments of significant protest in our history?

Sightly left field choice but West Brom away March 2019.
We'd effectively been relegated at the beginning of the month. Club was in complete freefall.
Town support was absolutely fantastic that day. 1200 of us there and defiant and proud. I remember Stuart Watson making a big thing of it in his write up.
Team played well and we drew 1-1. Nolan scored. Darren Moore was sacked after the game as they slipped away from automatic promotion.
Lots more pain to come after for Town if course that but day felt important. Like we weren't going to let the club die.

That was one of the best nights I’ve ever had at a football match. It was a close game until we scored those two goals just before half time. There’s a great video from the stand of the goals going in and fans who had already gone for a half time drink etc running back up into the stand … not once but twice.
I’d gone downstairs to get something to eat when Broadhead scored. Was gutted to have missed the goal, but I was near the front, so I didn’t move. I was being served when Hirst scored.
I stood at the front of the stand during HT just watching back up at the stand, it was electric. When the third goal went in, it was just the most transcendant experience, hugging people I’d never seen before or since.
Unquestionably the best night I’ve had watching the club.
