The difference between winning and losing. 00:00 - Feb 2 with 2194 views | eddiespearitt03 | I counted at least 3 times when the ball should have been passed to a team mate in a better position to score. We have to find a better way to bury our chances .Another frustration is the momentum going forward then suddenly stops and the pass backwards. Then there are the same mistakes at the back. For Southamptons winning goal, yes, the save from the shot was not good. What was worse was the fact their player got to the rebound.

The difference between winning and losing. on 17:31 - Feb 2 with 1671 views | madmouse1959 | No real driving impact from midfield. We are just too slow going forward and when there is a burst going forward there are not enough options. How we switch off in defence cost us the game again. I advocate putting Davis in left midfield without the left back responsibilities. Conner Townsend is a good player and should be our left back. The service to the strikers has to be better and more variety in going forward. Stick to a 4-4-2. We need a flair player who can influence the central midfield and support our attack. Sideways and backwards gives the other team time to defend in numbers. [Post edited 2 Feb 17:35]

Agreed, mainly whilst attacking we are very gentlemanly and patient in allowing the opposition to regroup and ensure their defence is set. Only fair.

Loads of times yesterday we could have moved the ball quicker, but we insist on sticking to the pattern. Our lack of urgency during the added time was nothing short of a disgrace.

Spot on being saying all season we are far too slow or the only time we do break with speed no one is in support.

We look like Leicester if last season - so many times they broke away only for it to end up back at the keeper. I’m am not condoning hoofing it all game but we don’t seem to have any other way of playing and become very predictable and easy to defend against. When we do get opportunities we are very wasteful and not very clinical at all. Lots to improve on as we now ironically have a team of gifted individuals who are better then their predecessors but we have lost our team togetherness. Players are playing for themselves which is apparent when not passing, shooting in ridiculous positions and trying to do to much. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Our new man Enciso seemed to think it was his ball and needed to be looking around for a better option. I;m sure KM will be talking to him about that.

Although quite clearly his the only player we have in the squad who is clearly levels above the rest of the side , he must have found it very frustrating playing with players who couldn’t play the way he plays or think as quickly as he does etc
The difference between winning and losing. on 09:18 - Feb 3 with 881 views | SomethingBlue | The first one is what you get when banking on a very exciting but young forward line unfortunately. We look raw – that may improve when Chaplin and Szmodics get back, and should get better in time anyway but perhaps not quickly enough to save us.
