When I see what J clarke seems to becoming. I think philogene will get there.
There were times before the sub where philogene lost the ball so easy. When clarke came on he did the same runs but the way he used his body to shield the ball as he did so was massively different to earlier in the season. [Post edited 15 Mar 17:05]

Omari, Jaden & J.Clarke have looked miles off the level.
£60m across the 3 players, a lot of the attacking prowess was placed on them, and they have been really poor.
Elanga & Hudson-Odoi cost £19m for the pair.

A big difference is that we had access to Starlizard in L1 and the Championship. We really need to get our international scouting sorted as Cajuste proves there’s huge value abroad. Anyone who’s definitely already good enough and English will be more than likely be signing for an established top half club. | | | |

What J Clarke is becoming? What has he done? The 3 behind the striker no matter who it is and what combination have been absolutely miles off it for months, nowhere near good enough. Omari has credit in the bank from last season / a couple of games waring thin. J Clarke has been a let down. Neither look as bad as Jaden though who has failed to run around his fullback once in 10 weeks. | | | |

Hi Blooos. Apologies for not replying last night. I didn't see it.
For me Clarke has shown a great understanding if how the l10 role works. He's got better defensively and tracking of players, and on the ball he's found better ways of shielding the ball when he looks to drive forwards. Of course there's still levels to find but it's promising.
I also saw yesterday that hes one of the highest in the side for chance creations.
What I do find odd Is KM again mentioned yesterday that he can't name a same side. Yet dropped clarke to put Julio there. It didn't make sense imo. | |
