Stephen Warnock 10:52 - Apr 21 with 2008 views | TractorWood | Did anyone see his thoughts on us on Sky Sports News just now? He actually seemed to have some knowledge of us. Good to see someone not just say we are shocking. He spoke really well and basically said: - McKenna has done an amazing job over numerous years and it's his job to stay or leave - McKenna will have learnt a lot from transfer dealings this year and our squad is well placed for the championship. Delap will go obviously - Easy to over criticise us but pushing up from League one to prem in 2 seasons is brutal on a squad as you can't just bin players - you have to iteratively add to the squad whilst rewarding players who got you up and maintain dna of success

Stephen Warnock on 10:59 - Apr 21 with 1879 views | flykickingbybgunn | Next season we will need those players that got us here again. They will be strengthened by experience and a higher quality of the squad in general. Football is like a roller coaster at the moment. Ride it for all you are worth. It could be worse. We could be parked in a siding like the Budgies.

Stephen Warnock on 11:10 - Apr 21 with 1777 views | Nthsuffolkblue | I have always thought he shows very good insight and balance. His (and Sue Smith's) reaction to Gallagher trying to justfy the non-penalty on Chaplin earlier in the season was a case in point. He made very clear points and stuck to his view. I felt Gallagher was trying to back the professional ref which is fair enough if he still sees that as his job (but that does then beg the question why he takes the job).

That might be his brother 'Colin'?

Stephen Warnock on 11:27 - Apr 21 with 1664 views | Nthsuffolkblue | Little surprise that I agree with Warnock who says "orange" (i.e. if the ref gives it it stays as red, if he doesn't it isn't VAR). He referenced the Miles Lewis-Skelley incident as very similar.

I would add that studs up, late and from behind all go against Davis. It was a stupid challenge.

Sue Smith is the best female pundit out there IMO. Lots of credibility, describes things well and speaks a lot of sense.

I thought SWs comment was spot on... you can tell he really sees it ( the game in general)with the knowledge of someone who played at thay level

Only bit I would question is “ McKenna will have learnt a lot from transfer dealings this year” Surely KMc identifies his needs and Ashton does the dealing.

Well yeah, but equally if you're promoted, you need to be building from a strong championship Base and not one with an abundance of L1 players.

I'm not really a fan of that segment. It's basically Gallagher defending every decision bar the blatant errors which he ums and ahhs that.
