But he's not exactly lit up the Championship at Stoke, has he? Think we wont be seeing much of him next season sadly.

Doesn't help that Stoke are absolute shyte, I'd imagine.

The Stoke fans have high regard for him, and many want to sign him for next season.

He's worth keeping just to hear how scouse he sounds in post match interviews.

I wouldn't be surprised if Derby want to keep Harness.

Who we let go will depend a lot on who we can get in up front over the summer.

Hope so. Not a dig against him but just don't see him having a future here.

We need another striker to replace Delap, but I can see Hamadi having a role as 3rd striker next season.

Also, Harness is a versatile and intelligent player who will have played full match minutes against all but six of our opponents so worth keeping in the building in much the same way that Aluko was.

He's had a decent enough strike right, tbf. Stoke just awful. Shame he couldn't go to WBA.

We will need every squad place. We just spent 55M in the position behind the striker, Harness shouldn't be involved in a parachute club IMO.

Hard agree with this. Harness struggled to get many minutes for us in the Championship last time, and we've since bought Clarke, Philogene, Szmodics, Ogbene and Omari (permanently), to add to Burns, Chaplin and Broadhead.

With all due respect to Harness, who has just had an OK season with a relegation battler, we shouldn't be seeing him in our squad next season.

On the OP, I fully expect AAH to move on in the Summer.

He’s also out of contract, we might trigger the option to try and get a fee mind.

He was a big part player last time we went up, and we haven’t ever played an abundance of players there. Like you I’d be very surprised/disappointed if he was an option for us next year (nothing against him, just can do better).

Glad to see Harness doing well and seems to have done so since Eustace came in and been a key player in a team getting good results….but he couldn’t even get on our bench in the run in when he was fully fit last season

Harness as a back up right side option until Jan. Hot take! It would be one less player to find in the summer. I’m only a tiny bit serious as expect he is done at PR.

Except he plays exclusively left side. I think he would be good cover at Championship level.

Nah that wouldn't be great for AAH he doesn't want to spend another season being third choice in a one-up-front team. Reckon dropping a league more likely.

If he is our cover next season then recruitment was a lot worse than some have been saying. He is an average Championship player at best. Could you have seen him getting near the Leeds or Burnley side this year?

Some fans need a new mindset of our current position.

I know quite a few stoke fans (oddly coming from Oxfordshire) and they all say he looked out of his depth at that level.

I think he scored once or twice in the first few weeks, but has dropped out of the team now and is unlikely to be staying.

I imagine he leaves in the summer, maybe a league one club.

RIP Sir Bobby

He was in an old fashioned two up top role for Derby the other day alongside Jackson. Poor dabs - they could still be playing now and not have had a shot on target.
