Some proper OTT reaction to yesterdays game for some reason.

Seeing statements like the above, and this and that player needs to go after that performance.

Really not sure it was that bad?

We had 20 attempts but only 2 of those on target, we were all over them at times and early on, had we put one of those early chances in we’d have probably won comfortably, it was simply just a case of we couldn’t take those chances (story of the season) and we let them score their two goals from only 3 shots on target.

Hutchinson was getting a bit of stick on Twitter, felt that was harsh, he did miss two golden opportunity’s but he kept running and trying until the last minute - people saying he should be sold

The overreaction is because it's Leicester, for me we were wasteful and should have got something out of the game

The officiating was poor throughout and I can't believe how many fouls the leicester players got away with. Seems persistent fouling isn't cause for a yellow card these days?

Also, the lineswoman was one of those who seemed to only put her flag up once the referee had made a decision as well as getting one completely wrong which the referee overruled ( in our favour funnily enough)

I got the impression the officials were almost instructed not to ruin Leicester's big day for Vardy, the first challenge on Omari was a yellow all day long

Some modern football supporters are feckwits.

Yeah - but you said we were going to win these last four games. Some pundit you are!

Sorry, know this has nothing to do with me, but just to say that I don't think its just modern supporters who are dicks. I know a 50-year old Arsenal season-ticket holder - been going for decades, but he's a proper prick to Arsenal: you almost feel he loves it when they lose / hates Arteta / hates any player who had a bad game / expects to win the Prem every year.

I think football makes him unhappy, but he's yet to realise this, so on it goes....

You're views are as welcome as any on here in my opinion ya big inbred.

Arsenal fans are a different level.

I agree; I reckon the reaction was heightened because of the expectation we’d turn them over. And yes, we were wasteful and should have got something out of the game. I don’t feel the need to have a meltdown about it, but each to their own!

That's happened several times throughout this season. I.e. the fans being confident of a result and then super despondent when it doesn't happen.

I honestly wasn't expecting a result yesterday and even a draw would have made me happy(ier).

Its probably the same people who thought we'd (easily) be third from bottom.

Leicester have done what I though we'd do and once relegated might actually get a few wins under our belt. Its not happened.

Before they played SOuthampton (who are nearly the worst EVER PL team), they hadn't scored at home for 9 games, so to let in 2 and not even score is a bit meh really.

But yes some of the reactions are a bit OTT. I want to care, but i've given up on this season long ago.

If Hutchinson walked into the school playground of those giving him stick on Twitter, the first thing they would want is a selfie or an autograph.
