He's got no loyalty though has he, Ipswich, Brentford, Forest etc they are all just stepping stones to where he wants to be which is at one England's elite clubs.
It's a shame though, there are plenty of others in the Champ who are subject to PL bids but are turning out for their team.

He’s a great coach. But there are some areas in management he’s miles off the standard…, it’s REALLY poor.

He’s honest when it suits him…, where’s the integrity around Broady and his bad throat .., or the club sale position, or this being progress.
What I think doesn’t matter.
But groups of elite people don’t respond to seeing lack of trust, respect, consistency, and integrity…, they really don’t.
This deflection won’t go well with some players…, and they won’t say it…, it will just erode respect.

His hunger for his career is also what we made plenty of use of, I don't begrudge him any of this, we just sometimes can't see past our own club bias and expect the same from the players.
He should be playing in a top league. He knows it, and wants it.
The best thing the club can do is what they are doing - being open to a move for him but trying to get the best price for his contract.
