Lewis Miley, Lewis Cook or Philip Billing... 15:18 - Aug 15 with 4825 viewsKieran_Knows

... all centre mid targets for us. Want Miley on loan, but Newcastle not ready to sanction loan move for him yet, hence interest in the 2 Bournemouth lads.

Lewis Cook (providing he can stay fit) would be an amazing signing, would comfortably be one of the best in the league.

Big upgrade on Matusiwa. Top player to learn the ropes from.

Poll: So, how many league wins did you see in person?

Injured before anyone gets excited

Like Broadhead was injured.

In the spirit of reconciliation and happiness at the end of the Banter Era (RIP) and as a result of promotion I have cleared out my ignore list. Look forwards to reading your posts!
Poll: With Evans taking 65% in Huddersfield, is the Banter Era over?

Miley could be a real Wrecking Ball in midfield in the Championship.

If he signs there will be a Party in the USA amongst our owners.

Get him in and We Can't Stop winning and will begin The Climb up the table.

Can only see Billing being within reach from that trio. Strong, athletic, left leg and an eye for goal with experience…would be a fantastic addition.

Poll: How much did you actually think Mick would spend in January?

Be tempted to throw some money at Newcastle for Miley, we were offering £15m for Hackney so would say he is worth another £5m?

A loan deal for a player like him doesnt help us from a progression stand point as I would assume if he does well they would take him back next year or start a bidding war for him.

May be buy with a buy back clause of £35-£40m? That way if we do lose him after a year it comes with profit (like Delap)

No chance they'll want to sell him, doubt they will let him out on loan. If they were to sell him, expect it to cost more than the fee we're getting for Omari.

I think Billing is the most realistic target here if you could persuade him to drop down and we might even be able to purchase outright for for slightly under 15M.

Looking at their midfield I don't think it would be a bad move for him or his career either.

Think the option to buy last season was 9 million, so he’s within budget assuming he’ll drop to the Championship and his wages arent prohibitive
