Miley would seem the most likely in terms of persuading him, I'd be surprised if the other two were interested in dropping down a level. Only caveat to that is maybe if we get to the final days of the window with Billing not in Bournemouth's plans and not much else exciting on the table for him. |  |

I can't see how we sign Lewis Cook? He's their vice captain and been an ever present the last two seasons. Not like they've signed central midfielders this summer either. 3 years left on his deal too. [Post edited 15 Aug 15:38]

Be tempted to throw some money at Newcastle for Miley, we were offering £15m for Hackney so would say he is worth another £5m?
A loan deal for a player like him doesnt help us from a progression stand point as I would assume if he does well they would take him back next year or start a bidding war for him.
May be buy with a buy back clause of £35-£40m? That way if we do lose him after a year it comes with profit (like Delap) | |

He only played 90 minutes 3 times last season. Twice in the FA Cup and once in the league.
At some point he's going to want to play games and he's currently their 6th choice CM behind Guimaraes, Tonali, Joelinton, Willock & Ramsey.

Philip "Paperless" Billing (to give him his full title) was on loan at Napoli in the second half of last season and played enough to get a Serie A champions medal. They didn't take up the option to buy him though.

I think Billing is the most realistic target here if you could persuade him to drop down and we might even be able to purchase outright for for slightly under 15M.
