I don't consider myself a bedwetter or an overly negative fan, but we've had an underwhelming start to the season, the window has been too, hopefully that will change.
But there seems to be a group of people on here more concerned with getting a few up votes rather than saying , so far things on the pitch haven't been great the window hasn't been great.
I do like the sound of the Norwegian lad though and if get that signing sorted, I'll feel a bit more positive again. |  | | |

No we're not playing well, No I don't think it was a good performance.... but I've seen worse. We're a team in transition that have lost a lot of key components..
I'd much prefer us to be unbeaten and looking like champions elect but this isn't EA Sports.
We have just over a week left of the transfer window and people will leave and some will come in... If we are playing like this with similar stats in December then I'll join the bedwetters but for now I'll lament a poor performance and enjoy some family time! | |

Without wanting to trigger the BlueBadger bore, people have legitimate concerns. We don't look great at the moment, it was often stated we had the advantage of knowing Delap was off early so could prepare, we don't seem to have done that very well. | | | |

I’m not going to lose all sense of reasoning simply because one match didn’t go to plan.
In terms of the transfer window - two very good central midfielders signed and I think the other signings will be good or very good signings. I’ll reserve judgement until the end of the window.

Yes Delap went early on but we can only prepare if players are willing to come here early in the window rather than wait for a bigger club to come in for them. If we were looking at very good L1 players who could develop into good Championship players, there’s no doubt signings would have been easier. Not the wording I used but "prepare early" meant we knew from about late Feb/early March we were going to get £30m for Delap so we had a headstart to identify targets who would be up for coming here, we didn't do that very well. | | | |
