I thought Young looked pretty assured up until about the hour mark. He reads the game as well as you'd expect for someone of his experience, and his set piece delivery is a real weapon.

I thought Young excellent for the majority of the game. What is very noticeable from where I sit, first half, was how much talking, organising and encouraging he does. Agreed, although, despite looking absolutely knackered, in those last 10 minutes he was still doing more with the ball and trying to get the ball in the box much quicker than Jaden was. Overall a pretty solid game from Young I thought. |  | | |

I thought he did well, apart from a few misplaced passes. A massive improvement on Johnson.
Hopefully Furlong and Young nail down that spot for the reast of the season. Also, Furlong can actually deliver a long throw, unlike some of the others in the squad who always fall a little short. That will be a massive weapon. |  | | |

Young is okay, nothing more. I don't think he'll be as good attacking as Johnson is (not that BJ is Cafu) but his set pieces are good and I suppose he's a good experienced head.
I wish he'd stop trying to get in scraps during injury time and seemingly trying to waste our own time though. |  |
