Blackburn rescheduled game 17:15 - Sep 25 with 1095 views | Pinewoodblue | Be nice if the club offered some form of discount, or Planet Blue voucher, for those who buy tickets for the game. Also as it will be midweek will it be shown on Sky.

Depends on Blackburn’s ticket rules. Sometimes clubs offer 50% admission for abandoned games, some say full price to be paid, others free. This is all I found in their website… ‘No refunds or compensation will be provided for Matches postponed, rescheduled, or played behind closed doors due to circumstances beyond the Club’s control’ If that’s right then it’s shíte. Can see they might not offer refunds, but to charge for another ticket would be proper twtish behaviour. Can't see their home fans being over joyed at that either.

Blackburn rescheduled game on 17:28 - Sep 25 with 937 views | Miaow | Weren't tickets for our replayed match with Middlesbrough in 2012 still the same price, with season ticket holders having to pay in full? I remember being annoyed by that. But I could be misremembering.

It was an exhausting day. Had to cast my iPad to the TV and then lay back in my recliner. Knocked out a few tweets and posts on here, too. #builtforthis

We were about 5 miles south of Rotherham when we got wind of that news. At least we got 80 minutes against Blackburn. I likely won't be able to make the rearranged fixture, not sure what happens if those that went originally just get new tickets to the next one. Its probably a fair solution, guess I'll just have to give them away. Anyone know when its likely to be? 28th October?

We got 80 minutes of football. I don't think it's unreasonable to charge for a new ticket. Besides, It's down to Blackburn and they still had to provide staff on the day plus other related costs. The club may provide free or discounted bus travel. I'm happy to pay again. It's another point on the card.

Would have thought 28th October or, if Blackburn find some way of appealing, 16th December. Both are weeks set aside for League Cup rounds.

Blackburn rescheduled game on 18:18 - Sep 25 with 612 views | Metal_Hacker | I’d expect to pay again. I got most of the game played in front of me so perhaps a discounted price maybe for the away fans at least I think my original tickets were £28 each so maybe £20 each would be fair. Either way I’m happy to be honest. Means another couple of pints and another point [Post edited 25 Sep 18:20]

Bonus point! Club may cover the cost of something. I’m personally hoping for free travel

I'd be quite disappointed at having to pay again Paying full price for a game that didn't reach a conclusion doesn't feel great. And the second half was an absolute joke so it's not like we got 80mins of decent football.

"In the event of the postponement or abandonment after kick-off, those who have purchased a ticket are entitled to half-price admission to the rearranged match. The Club will have no further liability whatsoever, including (but not limited to) any indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of enjoyment or travel costs."

> "due to circumstances beyond the Club’s control’" Having inadequate drainage is NOT "beyond the Club's control". They are liable for costs incurred and should allow visitors to return for free. Let's face it, our fans will have to pay travelling costs TWICE for the one fixture, as it is.
