"Maybe not all of them" 17:47 - Oct 30 with 4447 viewsGlasgowBlue

KM's answer when a journo said a lot of Ipswich fans would be happy if he would stay here forever. Taken with other comments he's made recently, the recent criticism seems to have stung.

Can we please get fully behind a manager who has delivered what many of us could never have imagined seeing when we were traveling to the likes of Morecambe and Fleetwood? He should be in no doubt how valued and appreciated he is.

I picked up on that and felt a bit of sadness when he said it. Means he reads some of the toxic stuff on social media from so called experts. If he sees, the players also so. Be kind people

Not at all. Just saw the interview and I was genuinely upset that he was hurt by the recent criticism.

I think he said it with a bit of a smile, so I don't think he believes there is a significant anti-Kieran faction in the support.

The worst offenders on social media tend to post through the matches and I would say hardly attend matches. I'd be more disappointed with the reactions of some of those inside the ground last week.

I still don't understand why we don't sing the Super Kieran McKenna song after games anymore.

Exactly, I think he's been around long enough not to be that thin skinned. Reading hurt into it is a little over the top. No idea why anybody would be having a pop at him though, players maybe!

The "we've got the ball" chant v Charlton was a particular low.

I've said this in another thread and I agree with Banksy.
Can the wordsmiths please sort this out before Saturday and let's hear this bellowed out at Loftus Road?!?
That chant has always united the 4 stand at PR too.

Distortion becomes somehow pure in its wildness.

Given what we've been through as a fanbase for most of the 21st century thus far I'm genuinely astonished that there's fans out there who our best manager since George Burley gone.

I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.

100% agree - but there are people on here that claim the criticism and negativity said/posted never reaches the players/manager. Hopefully they listen, and take a look at themselves. It’s not the first time either - Morsy said something similar last year.

Then you need to get a grip young man. :)

But in serious, I don't think there are many that do, sure there are frustrations with some things, but that's completely normal in football.

Nobody knows, from one week to the next, who's "at the back" and who's "in attack".

Yes, that we a bit of fun (initiated by the home team) when we played at Portsmouth, several years ago. Not quite so funny at FPR.

It doesn't matter though, all of our players have 2-syllable first names, last names or full names.

And it's really simple

Oshea at the back, that is every game
hirsty in attack which is most games

I was in the Cobbold for the Charlton game, people in the A block singing "we've lost the ball, we've got ball" was a shocker.
