I remember (probably as you felt after the Oxford game) the end of the Bristol Rovers away game in League One, standing next to some toxic town fans berating Morsy (they’d abused the subs all game) after that drab 0-0, with promotion seemingly slipping away… and vowing to never go away again! The forest rovers home and MK Dons Morsy goal wins followed, and that jubilant large away end - which I was in.

Then we never looked back… and what a run.

First visit since 2015 and the day we accidentally gatecrashed the play offs.

Felt like a good game to go with the narrative around the abandoned game. Rovers will be fuming if we win it.

Sadly I don't think a win really changes much in terms of the attitude or feeling within the fan base, unless it's a resounding win by a good margin. But it'll give us a boost going into a big game in Saturday.
