It’ll be great to see him back playing again. I hope there’s not too much pressure on him from the fans. He’s been out for ages and was playing in a team that understood each other. It could take him a while to get anywhere near influential again and now he also has to compete with the Championship’s most expensive signing. He needs to be eased back in.

I’d have thought he’d be given a run out against Blackpool in the cup.

Could be good timing in terms of the window opening. If we have the old Wes back (no pressure, Wes), it could very well shape what we do in January.

100% didn't he get injured by a foul on his comeback? I really don't see him playing tomorrow.

Wouldn't be totally surprised if he made the bench.

Would have thought he'd be back and involved from the bench before then.

What was his recent injury? Was it related to his long term hamstring injury?

No, was a gash he got in the U21 game but KM thought it wasn't too bad and should hopefully heal quickly.
