Absolutely zero chance that Nwaneri drops down to the Championship, even on a half season loan. If Arsenal are willing to let him go it'll be to another Prem side or a decent European club.

i dont think its completely wild, 18 years old whos minutes have stunted this year, half a season of guaranteed minutes in the championship which has evidence of a good educating league (look at some of the players with exp in the efl now in the prem), no doubt we would be low in the pecking order of clubs in league status who would want him, but those clubs higher up are riskier loans due to their level. It would ultra ambitious correct and hard to pull off but totally wild i dont agree

If he's available he'll be wanted by half the Prem. Genuinely can't see any scenario where he winds up at this level.

I think anyone we bring in should have an older, wiser head on their shoulders for the push through the second half of the season. Having said that, I wouldn't say it's impossible - the Gunners won't be letting him go to anyone who could disrupt their season, and with that in mind would he be better getting minutes in a successful Championship side, pushing for promotion or a struggling/faltering PL team?

I get where you’re coming from however, if you’re god enough you’re old enough to. KMc can help him mentally to ensure he’s protected from the relative pressure.

He's shown at Arsenal that he can perform at Prem level so to continue his development that's where he will want to be playing, and I imagine Arsenal will want that too. Financially, a Prem side can stump up more than us too so it makes sense on a couple of levels. Really don't see any way that he ends up in the Championship.

| Ethan nwaneri on 11:08 - Dec 24 with 643 views | Smoresy | Nein because this league isn't of the standard to properly prepare players for PL football. I reckon we all saw it last season: the difference in quality between Championship and PL was hammered home without mercy! Those plucked from the Championship very often need a transition season with their PL club before they're ready to pick up serious minutes, such is the quality gap. And Nwaneri is good enough to not need that backward step. | | | |

| Ethan nwaneri on 12:22 - Dec 24 with 426 views | Pinewoodblue | He tends to play on the right, he wasn’t trusted to come on as a sub yesterday and he isn’t particularly good at tracking back. Would be perfect loan, from an Arsenal viewpoint, as would benefit from coaching he would receive here. We need someone who has an older head in his shoulders and will dominate the centre. As to who fits the bill and would be available I haven’t a clue, | |

| Ethan nwaneri on 12:49 - Dec 24 with 325 views | _CliveBaker_ | I do think it’s possible we take some livewire youngster from a top club, but not sure it’ll be Nwaneri as he’s a bit too close to Arsenal’s squad and they would probably want him at a bigger club. What about Heskey’s son from Man City? Jaden, 19, probably due a loan soon. | | | |

With relatively guaranteed minutes and a situation similar to that of Arsenal in that we're challenging at the top end with attacking intent, rather than a relegation scrap. I thought the same when I first saw the OP, but does make some sense at least under scrutiny.

He can definitely play the 10 in the championship and would probably be an Omari+

It really doesn't. He'll learn way more playing with and against Prem players than he will dropping down to an inferior league. There's zero chance he ends up in the Championship in January.
