Absolutely zero desire to get the ball, then a petulant throw the hands in the air and walk off

Only thing will be if it's reviewed after somehow but I don't think it can be can it? Ref saw it and made a decision.

They got away with that one, I'm not sure it will be too pivotal over the whole season though.

Re Hackney, it's a shame that Wolves are so hopelessly nailed on for relegation, as you'd imagine that Edwards would have gone back for him but that won't be an especially tempting move as it stands!

Obviously a red.

He’s got the same punishment as Jaden got for bouncing the ball yesterday ffs!

Ref saw it and gave a yellow card so that is it. If he didn't see it the FA could have issued a violent conduct charge.

Terrible decision, poor refereeing. We move on.

The reason he didn't sign for us even though he'd been down at the training ground was because Wolves and Fulham made late approaches for him and he wanted to play in the prem. They ran out of time to get a deal done in the summer window.

As you say, Wolves don't look like such a good bet now. Assuming they are still interested I would not be at all surprised to see him move to Craven Cottage.

I would imagine he is lucky the ref saw it from that angle and it must have looked far less of a red from his. Clear red from that footage.

If we sign him in the window (it won't happen I know), it would be about right that this is then reviewed and he gets a lengthy ban!

That looks bad from any angle.

You have seen it from the ref's?

I can't see how it isn't clearly a red from the ref's angle but it is remarkable how much difference seeing the same challenge from different angles makes.

The ref was 10 yards, if even that, behind him with a unrestricted view. Total cop out by the ref for me.

He is and is directly behind the player who is fouled. All I can imagine is that it didn't look anything like as high nor as late from that position. From our angle, we can see how far away the ball is and how high the challenge is. I am sure that if the ref saw this angle he would have given a red.

Its not studs, its not out of control. Its a petulant hack. Id say a strong yellow.

It's so late that it is an off-the-ball offence for me. If you hack someone down shin height off the ball it's a red isn't it? I agree it could have been more violent but I would be very surprised if one of our players made that challenge and stayed on the pitch.
