Norovirus 12:23 - Dec 28 with 932 views

Anyone had it this year? Believe I do at the minute. Had probably the worst night of my life with 12 vom’s and 50 craps, if you can even call them that as it’s pure water….sometimes simultaneously which was NOT fun and hard decisions had to be made…

Made even more annoying by the fact I’m writing this in a hotel room in Milan and should be at the AC Milan vs Verona game as we speak. 😩

Dunno if picked up at Millwall.

Yep, I had the both ends as well. Quick decisions had to be made, sh*te on the floor and vom in the toilet or vice versa…..it is fckin horrible! Inhumane

Fortunately and despite my lack of mental agility at 2.30 am I managed to avoid the disconnect the sink and then pure water in the sink trick. Thank.heavens for vinyl flooring

We went on a cruise a few years ago and my wife got it on the last night of the cruise. Involved projectile vomiting. She was isolated to our cabin and a man came along with something resembling a hazard suit and cleaned up.
Best to drink plenty of water, which she did and the cruise company paid for a taxi from Southampton home to Needham Market.

It’s awful. Luckily doesn’t last very long. I had it early in a relationship whilst staying at my girlfriend’s and it is not the kind of noises you want your gf to hear after dating for a couple of months. She then passed it on to her entire family.

I always enjoy checking TWTD while I’m having a bite to eat.

Sounds horrible. Last time I had something similar it was after food while travelling. Imm convinced mine was from a dodgy Eurostar rice dish. So if you’ve only just flown/trained out there and had something on route, it could be the food. Or just a bug from being stuck around loads of other people.

Not sure if I had that specifically but managed to not vomit but the other end was shocking for 24 hours just before Xmas.
