”Yeah I’ll get an update on Sam, um, I’ve not heard or seen him since, so we’ll, um, get an update tomorrow I’m sure.”

I’d say he’s the most natural #10 we have in the squad. He hasn’t performed to that standard, but it’s a position we’re weak in.
He’d absolutely need replacing… or a certain someone recalling. 
Maybe we’ve settled on the need for a more creative #10, over Akpom/Szmodics. | |
