Part of the job for an away team is to try and suck the momentum and excitement out of crowd and negate home advantage so nothing wrong with Oxfords approach.
However I thought that was a really enjoyable game to watch minus the stress of only being a goal up. Some of Ipswichs attacking interplay was a joy to behold. It's up to the team trying to break down a defence to provide the entertainment and we certainly did that today in my book. [Post edited 1 Jan 18:43]

Can't agree with that, not like they were cheating or anything, just played a really disciplined game, which they needed to.
What Derby did earlier in the season was anti football, almost every player needed treatment from the physio in the second half, but just being defensively minded is fair as far as I'm concerned. |  |

I thought Oxford were OK. They worked hard and in both halves of the game they had their spells when we rocked a little. Can't agree with you and feel you're just a little wide of the mark with this. |  |

Very hard working team. No superstar and work for each other. Nothing wrong with the way they play, just lack a bit of quality in Midfield and up front. I think their work ethic could save them. |  |
