Alot of huddersfield fans arent big fans of Grant. And yesterday apparently Humphreys played a deep DCM role which they find baffling considering how effective he was higher up for wycombe.. and Grant is known this season for playing players in rather odd positions. Alfie May specifically and it seems like hes off soon.
I dont like a mates to mates set up but when the offer of wycombe was there it seems quite unproductive to send him to huddersfield for his development. Dont really know either how long grant actually has there..

I wouldnt say I have huddersfield knowledge. Just that across all platforms various podcasts and other media sites theres alot of explanations about current thoughts on his management of the side. Boos and jeers at home. You look at the posts following their result yesterday and its not great reading. | |

Oxford wanted him as well but their management situation wasn't sorted soon enough. Playing there under Matt Bloomfield would have been a better move, I think. |  | | |

It’s probably not a reflection of his overall management style, but when he was in a relegation scrap with Colchester he played some truly horrible anti-football. It got the job done, but it can’t have been much fun for the midfield, as it involved lumping it to a forward who would fall to the ground, the hope being to get a free-kick occasionally by the law of averages and to capitalize on that.
