Except that an appointment to the US Supreme Court is for life. Short of impeachment (which would require a two-thirds majority in the Senate to convict - not realistic along party lines) or murder there is no mechanism to forcibly remove them. |  |

In a properly functioning constitution, this verdict should have been reached before the tariffs came into force.

iirc there isn’t a limit to 9 … but what amazes me is the lack of foresight on behalf of the democrats in not balancing the numbers when they had the chance .. that doesn’t have a 4 year effect but decades. | |
