They should have stuck with Mogga. Been in turmoil ever since.

Whoever goes in next has a big job on their hands. Their remaining fixtures look brutal, if they lose at Oxford on Saturday I think they could be toast as Leicester will have enough about them to pull themselves clear.

Didn’t Mogga have to step down for health reasons, or was that from Boro?

That was from Birmingham. WBA sacked Mogga towards the end of last season because they fell away from the play offs. But he has a proven track record and should have been given this season. As Mick once said "that went well".

Rooney at Brum has to be up there too right?

Ah, yes. WBA was his comeback after illness wasn’t it. I remember the interviews and being pleased to see him back. Ta.

Would be a bold call. The best thing they could do is get a proven fire fighter on a more short term basis. Maybe Mick will fancy it.

Rooney at Plymouth.... they appointed him after seeing what he did at Brum!

| Well he didn't last long on 10:43 - Feb 25 with 608 views | BlueandTruesince82 | Think the appointment was fool hardy on all accounts. WBA given their position and an uncontrollable slide following a reasonable early part of the sesson should never have appointed someone so inexperienced. Ramsay, had he given it a modicum of thought should have seen a club in free fall and thought better of taking the job. The players have a lot to answer for there too. Failure all round. | |

There aren't many other options now though are there? all the 'old ones' are pretty much past it now

| Well he didn't last long on 11:14 - Feb 25 with 475 views | SWLondonBlue93 | Maybe this is hindsight but sacking Mason, or at least the timing, didn't make a lot of sense. They had next to no chance of making top six but they weren't going down either, now they're scrapping with Leicester to avoid that third relegation spot. | | | |

He does deserve another chance. Feel like he got pretty unlucky in his time at Saints and the new gaffer didn't really change much he just benefitted from some better finishing and better luck frankly. Still think Will Still has a bright future as a coach.
