3 winnable but tough games for different reasons 06:25 - Feb 26 with 1642 viewsBlue_Heath

Swansea - hit form of late and backed by some bloke called sheep dog.

Hull - Depends which one turns up.

Leicester - New manager bounce, had some good results and a bogey team of late for us.

I want 9 points but think it could be 7, we should beat Swansea and Hull but I think Leicester will be a draw.

Difficult decisions for KM, do we rotate or stick to a winning team?

Having 3 home games in a row is a great opportunity and if we are to go up we really need 9 points.

Swansea is so important, if we fail to win that one the pressure then intensifies for Hull.

Just for once (i'm sure we've done it many a times, but you know what im saying) it would be nice to get that result sown up quickly/professionally and we crack on to Hull with a proper feeling of "we can do this" thumping in our chests

Let's hope Burgess is playing. Another couple of own goals would be nice

"Having 3 home games in a row is a great opportunity and if we are to go up we really need 9 points."

It'll very much help if the crowd are on form, not shouting "GET RIIIIIIIIIID" every time Walton or the defence get closed down, then moaning like bas%ards when we do hit it long and the ball is immediately turned over.

I’m also going for 7 points but a different set of results. Wins against Swansea and Leicester and a draw against Hull.

Who knows. That’s the joy of this league. We’re easily capable of 9 points, yet Swansea can be stubborn, Hull have the McBurnie goal threat or we could have another brain fart against Leicester. It’s all on the table.

We owe Leicester a shellacking. For both the insipid performances earlier this season and last, plus the referee's woeful ineptitude last season at PR.

That’s what I think. The away result will have stung and we’ll want to return the favour.

Swansea are the deceptively tricky one. They work as hard as anyone off the ball, but are mostly toothless. That could easily be a 0-0. Or if they give us presents again 3-0. People can probably see why I don’t bet lol

Next 6 are winnable and really it's time to make that run.

18 points, 18 goals.

Time to turn that corner.

9 points a must

see i still see it as we need 9 wins (or the equivalent of points wise) from the remaining 14 games, whoever they come against and how i dont care.

to contradict myself a little, i really hope we get those points in as few games a possible

Why do we need 9 points? Of course that would be lovely but 7 would be very good and we would be unlucky to lose ground if we got that.

We need to be gaining ground to reach top two. Would be nice to be in a position with a bit of room to spare when we got to the last 3 or 4 games.

Be nice to get as many points as quickly as we can so that when we have a slip up it doesnt hurt as much as they seem to when ever it happens at the moment.

If we get 5 wins and beat Hull and Millwall in the process we will go up IMO. I would say 6 but that might be a little greedy. So a draw against Leicester or Stoke is just about allowed.

This is our big opportunity. Easter gets tough, we need a springboard to try and navigate those games and not still be chasing.

Poll: Ok gut feeling then, promotion?

Not sure in what world 5 points is ok from 3 winnable home games.

6 a bare acceptable minimum, 7 good, 9 job done.
