Yep. I don't think this got as far as court. I actually know the lawyer in question, he's sh1t hot, am sure he would take it on if there's a case to be argued. He represented me in a JR a few years back on a footie related issue that ironically also didn't get to court though we made our point through the legal channels.
Anyhow, let's see what happens, I'll defo be getting in touch if it goes ahead to see what he says.

I see Phil confirmed the club also voted in favour of that ridiculous play-off expansion to the top 8 teams as well….

Clubs will of course lobby for preferences when switches are being considered, especially for a local derby. It’s just one of many voices, and is probably one of the least influential.
Wouldn’t we all prefer a game like this to be during the day on Saturday or Sunday? Easier for many I would suspect - and we want the best representation on the day.
