The next 4 games will decide our fate 07:15 - Mar 20 with 1715 viewsmuccletonjoe

Probably McKenna will just be looking at the Millwall game tomorrow, and it is the last one before a two week international break . 3 points from that one and whatever the other results we will be well placed going into the run-in.
There follows games against Birmingham, Norwich and Middlesbrough. The break will give us the best opportunity of getting everyone fit and ready , which will be a major advantage to us. There are other games which will test us in the remaining fixtures, notably Southampton away, but i am confident of our chances if we take 12 points from the next four.

If we know anything about McKenna, we know he won’t just be looking at Millwall

We are playing Portsmouth between Norwich and Middlesboro aren't we?

Anyway there will be twists and turns till the end of the season.

I think tomorrow is a sort of stand-alone fixture what with the two week break straight after it. Possibly KM will look at the next few fixtures after tomorrow in order to how best utilise the squad.

Southampton may be the best team we have left to play, but may not be the hardest match - suspect they will be keeping their powder dry for the playoffs by then. I am more concerned about Boro, Norwich and WBA. But as you say, the message will be one game at a time

We are probably going to lose a game between now and the end of the season but it won’t seal our fate, it won’t be the end of the world.

Even wins against Millwall, Norwich & Middlesbrough won’t seal our fate. Hopefully points against Southampton will mean we have a party to look forward to at Portman Road, last game of the season.

We need to win 2 out of our 4 hardest games (Millwall, Norwich, Boro, Southampton), and all the rest.

We also have the advantage that when we play Birmingham on Easter Monday they will have played Good Friday when we wont due to Southampton playing in the cup

I think its unlikely that the next 4 games will seal our fate. People have said this for a long time and we've generally been tracking at a very similar points per game as those around us so no reason to think that won't continue to be the case. I'd be very surprised if anything was decided in either direction much before the end of April tbh.

The season finishes on 46 Games not 41 games.

We could do with Saints beating Arsenal in the FA Cup.

Tomorrow feels massive, I really fancy us again Brum, we will be coming off 16 days rest they will be away from home coming off 2 days rest with hopefully little to play for by then.

If we get 6 points before going to Norwich, I fancy Boro to drop some points out of their next 3, we would have 2 games in hand at that point and could be around the same tally with them still to play.

That's where I'm at. Kipre back from his ban after tomorrow, Leif 2/3 through, Nunez & Philogene have the break to work back up to full tilt, Burns back. Not to mention the fact a win tomorrow would mean 0 points for Millwall.

Its huge, by hook or by crook need to get the W.

Yeah I am not interested in a draw even if Boro drop points, we've got difficult away games in a short space of time in April.

Need to go to Norwich on the back of 3 wins and a long unbeaten streak.
