I've said it before and I'll say it again, people have lost their minds. The club made an error of judgement - we didn't suddenly become a racist, fascist club overnight. And the people making the jokes know that too. It's hilarious (for them). And we'd be making all the same jokes if it had happened to another club.
Everyone needs to put on their big boy pants and laugh it off.
The club you love didn't just change its whole culture and ethos because they stupidly allowed a divisive figure to turn up for a PR stunt. |  |
