MOTM for me Jacob Greaves 22:35 - Apr 11 with 988 viewsonceablue

What a performance particularly after his early booking.

Had a hand in both goals as well

O’Shea for me but Greaves was solid as well. Have to say I thought Furlong was absolutely rock solid yet again, aside from his air kick at Stoke he’s gone about his business so well this season.

Centre backs were absolutely faultless today.

As good a defensive display as Ive seen from Town in a long time. We really didn't give them a sniff for all the ball and crosses/corners they had.

Yes, I think DOS over Greaves for me too. But they wer3 both excellent as was Furlong.

Brilliant defensive performance.

He's stepped it up since coming back into the team - fair play to him.

Had good cover in front of him, McKenna got it bang on.

Hard to pick between Greaves and O'Shea, they were both excellent and limited Norwich to barely even half chances. I said last season that I'm not sure about them as a pair as they're quite similar in how they like to defend but they've put in a few good performances together lately which is great to see. Greaves has the attributes to be a top drawer centre back, it's not fully gone to plan for him here yet but he could still have a big future at Town.

I could not believe the flick on didnt go in. That was the one that flipped the tide for me. They always get the 50/50 decisions, now they hate sitters for getting them. Up the fúcking town

Yep, DF is one of those players that just goes about his business under the radar, no fuss of faff. Then after a game you're thinking, wait, he hardly put a foot wrong. Also lately there appears to be rather less of the S'housery, left it up to someone else today!

Dara for me. Greaves' positioning was suspect after he was moved to LB.

But, before that O'Shea and Greaves were immense.

The control and precision of his pass to Hirst was brilliant - all the better for doing it with his back. And all the better still for the fact that Nodge fans will gripe about it.

I thought it was risky when greaves went out wide. He'd spent all game playing cb he was suddenly finding himself tucked in instead of being out wide at times. Thankfully tho it didnt lead to anything.
