What am I actually doing wrong ? Apart from asking questions that they can't/wont answer. Not being rude, not abusing people, just asking questions.

Your abuse and rudeness have been deleted by admin mate. For someone who doesn't care, you seem very invested in this subject.

Don't think politics has anything to do with judging your intelligence, just basic observation. I'd say I'm relatively centrist tbf, just don't like racist entities attaching themselves to the club or enablers of that.

No offence but you're being proper weird about this. Each to their own and all that but you seem a bit obsessed with the whole Farage thing and intent on building your persona on it, despite claiming not to care or that its not a big deal. Everyone's entitled to an opinion on it, you don't have to agree. Nobody needs you trying and failing with your 'gotcha' moments and asking for proof to validate their opinions. If you don't care then good for you, you do you. Its a nice day, go and get some fresh air chap.

It is comical how little he cares, so little that he has to show up at every occasion and try to smother it, even in the middle of a work day.

Is Ashton the one to be trusted with that?" Well said Frimmers, and the answer is a resounding no. Ashton can't be trusted to research, negotiate, nor spend wisely. He's already spunked enough of our treasure. I make it over £70m on major signings in the last 20 months who aren't first choice, or have been banished on loan. Let's get him out before the 15th of June, when the transfer window opens and probably a huge pile of new cash will be available. The definition of of madness is repeating the same mistake and expecting a different result. ASHTON OUT!

1) He gave the red carpet treatment to a racist who’s diametrically opposed to everything the club is supposed to stand for 2) He lied about it repeatedly and lied to the fans 3) He’s created a role for himself with no oversight or any accountability by combining the CEO and Chair roles 4) Some people think he’s reached his limits and we need someone used to operating at a higher level if we want to become an established PL club Those are the reasons I can see being thrown around; we’ve had shedloads of threads about him, so none of this should be news.

1) He's a political figure who is likely to form part of the next government whether you like it or not. 2) no evidence HE specifically lied, its something you lot make up 3) Did he solely do this or did the club, methinks the club might have had some input 4) "some people" does a lot of heavy lifting. So, to conclude, great points, terrifically well made

rude & condescending again 1) only if people turn a blind eye to his racism and people like ashton keep platforming him, still doesn't change swanners point that his racist views are diametrically opposed to all the diversity, equality and inclusion projects itfc run. 2)yes there is, he's had multiple conflicting stories about what happened, at least one of them must have been a lie 3) no evidence either way, the point stands that he needs oversight 4) plenty of people on either side of the farage debate think that he needs to go for football reason, that's obvious on here, you'd have to be very ignorant to claim everyone thinks he's a perfect ceo (or chairman) for a club of our size

They are the points people are making though. So in response to the question ‘why would anyone want him out?’ those provide some context for some of the reasons. Not everyone will necessarily agree with all, or even some of them. That’s fine, people all have different takes on the issue. I personally think he’s being doing a great job, so it’s a shame he’s badly handled something unrelated to the football. Besides, this is what Farage does. He’s a cancer who promotes and feeds off division and hatred. Really we should all rise above him imo and bury the whole thing (my view), but people can feel however they like about the mess (and I respect people’s rights to have their views even if I don’t agree with them).
