You'd be hard pressed to convince people that Spurs are not a basket case of a club too.

But West Ham going down is the next best thing. A proper BCWYWF situation there after they wanted Moyes out.

Not much different to us and Mick. Once a fan base becomes bored you might as well call it a day. It's entertainment ultimately.

And for me, it was the best Premier League stadium to get away from because there were no queues for the DLR at Pudding Mill Lane, which I used to get back to Strafford and then London Bridge.

They aren’t - financially. Just on the pitch. Which is why they’d be a much tougher test for us than West Ham who will have to sell extensively if they stay up. West Ham look every inch a club going down at some point.., Spurs need to appoint a talented coach, which they have, and get talented players fit, and not a lot more, maybe sort the poor talent ID. They’ve got wiggle room to invest significantly.

I have just read Premiership by Chris Horrie. Having read how the big 5, now 6, having basically been trying to grab all the available money in football for themselves for the last 70 years I would love to see one of them go down. Spurs as a big club financially but at best a mid tier premier league team in sporting success terms would be wonderful as it might just remind them of that
